You want to automate daily backups of EBS volumes for multiple EC2 instances. How would you design this using snapshots?

Go to EC2 Console → Lifecycle Manager.

Create a Snapshot Lifecycle Policy.

Select Resource type = Volume.

Use Tags to identify the EBS volumes you want backed up (e.g., Backup=true).

Define schedule (e.g., every 24 hours).

Set retention rules (e.g., keep last 7 snapshots).

Policy automatically creates and deletes snapshots daily.
