How to avoid IP changes?
To avoid IP changes in Azure, switch resource IP allocations from Dynamic to Static in the network configuration settings. For VMs, set the Public IP address to Static to keep it after reboots. For App Services, use App Service Environments (ASE) for dedicated, permanent IP addresses.
